Greetings!
I believe, this is pertaining to the Scheduled Reports being sent to Gmail User for which there is a delay.
If yes, then please raise a Customer Service Request and they will co-ordinate with our FortiCloud Team internally on this and get it fixed.

before open a ticket with TAC, consider that you domain to claim for:
- nercng.org is suspended at its registrar at this moment (*)
- there's NO MX record to send email to. (**)
So, its a useless claim for fortimail issues or gmail problems
(*) do a WHOIS query for that domain nercng.org
