Hello,
a friend of mine gave me a Fortigate 40C appliance, that doesn't work anymore, after a Firmware Upgrade has been installed. I'm not very experienced with Fortigate Products, but when I power on the appliance, only the PWR LED and the three bars on the left side beneath the Fortigate Logo lit, all other LEDs - especially the status LED - are off. No link if I try to connect via ethernet. That seems more a hardware problem to me than a problem with the Firmware?
Has anyone experienced a similar problem in the past and perhaps knows a solution?
Kind Regards!
René

Run an HQIP test on the device. If it passes, format the drive and load the firmware fresh (as long as it is supported then you can get the most current version applicable to that particular Gate)
