Did you try 192.168.1.2 ?( mask /24  )

Yes and also 192.168.8.X tried but not getting

Ashok,

I would suggest you to Factory Reset the Box, and try 192.168.1.2 IP address.

Sometimes, if Static IP  address is configured on the FAP,  it needs a factory reset to clear them.

To Factory Reset, Hold the Factory Reset Button in FAP for more than 10 seconds.

Suggestion

If you  connect it to a firewall or computer with a dump program, maybe you can diag sniffer or wireshark and see what it sends out upon bootup. It most likely will send a ARP request if it has static address and if it's dhcp-enabled it will send 0.0.0.0 bootpc until as in a dhcp request until it get an offer.
