Hello,
We need support with configuring a restriction for our FortiClient users. By clicking on the user icon it is possible for users to enter personal information (as shown in the picture below). We're supposed to deactivate that.
We have already searched the administrator manual and found a setting which should fix the problem.
This setting was edited in the "fc_config.xml":
"<hide_user_info>1</hide_user_info>" was added to the configuration.
Unfortunately, this setting did not produce the desired result. Users were still able to enter their personal information.
We could use some help on this one.

Hi,
That XML tag is supposed to be updated and used when FortiClient is managed by EMS where `Hide User Information` is set on system UI profile configuration page.
It is expected to not being respected by FortiClient if EMS is not in use and tag is changed just manually and locally.
