Can I delete or de-register the FortiCloud account from the Fortigate unit, so I can re-register with the same account.
if possible how? and can a factory reset delete a Forticloud account?

You need to open a ticket to customer services for transfer this unit.
If your Fortigate is second hand or used. You can follow this document.
Also, If your Fortigate supports to version 7.4. You can transfer unit via GUI .
