DNS Server SRV Record Type Hosting on Fortigate 6.4

Using Fortigate 6.412. Can the DNS Server feature support hosting SRV records? I see A and other record types in the UI but no SRV.

Yes absolutely. You can work with your account team and they can review existing NFRs or submit one on your behalf.

Cheers,
Graham

I don't believe it is possible.

fgt (0) $ set type
A Host type.
NS Name server type.
CNAME Canonical name type.
MX Mail exchange type.
AAAA IPv6 host type.
PTR Pointer type.
PTR_V6 IPv6 pointer type.

That's what I thought :(. Is there an idea/feature request mechanism to rise this with Forti?

Was the NFR submitted?

Yes I submitted to our account manager. I have not heard anything back though yet.
