DMZ & Fortiguard Web Filtering

To try and summarize things, we have a FG60 with MR3 Build 406. We are trying to configure the DMZ for a remote office. The Internal Ports will have access to network via VPN and the DMZ will just have internet access. We have setup a custom Protection Profile which we have used on roughly 65 other offices but now we have decided we need to implement a DMZ in a few offices for contractor purposes. When we " Enable Fortiguard Web Filtering" through " HTTP," I receive the following error from a computer behind the DMZ port on the FG60. " HTTP 500 Internal Server Error," the standard page cannot be displayed error. But when I leave the Fortiguard Web Filtering turned off we can get anywhere on the internet. This ofcourse is a problem because this allows anyone to hook into this port and get anywhere on the internet, yes although IPS and Anti-Virus is turned on we don' t want people to have the option of going to unauthorized sites on a daily basis. If anyone knows a solution to allow the Fortiguard Web Filtering to be on through the DMZ port with policies or simple code it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I had the same problem after I upgraded to build 406 for daylight savings compliance. I put in a ticket, waited 24 hours, got no response, rebooted, and the problem went away. Try a reboot.
