DLP blocked wrong file

Hello,

i am Enabled DLP sensor to mail server , for the Mails  coming from the Internet , I blocked the following files : .exe,.zip,.cab,.rar but the sensor also blocked .docx ,.xls i dont know why.

please help me.

Creat a content classification rule based on textpattern or dictionary items.

Goto Protection rules

Create a Removable storage protection rule with the same content classification tag.

Apply this rule, and you will not be able to copy any file having that content to that USB.
