The archive can be done only on the models which has log disk. Check whether the "Log hard disk" is showing "AVAILABLE" using the command "get system status".
If the disk is showing available, please enable the disk logging using this command; config log disk setting set status enable end You can enable archive using this commands; config dlp sensor edit <sensor> config filter edit <filter_name> set archive enable end
