Customized Report username and website wise

Hi All , I would like to create customised report for which user/ip sddress access which website ? for eg: user ( Steven /192.168.0.34) opens websites like gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc i need a seperate report for the same. for this as far as i understand we should have a seperate dataset to be created which is possible only if you have a knowledge on SQL Query . can anyone assist me to do this? Please explain step by step . I am using FortiAnalyzer 100C
