Credentials Not configured : Add valid credentials to monitor the performance metrics

I have configured SNMP V3 on Fortigate Firewall with proper steps. After adding the device to opmanager getting ERROR showing "Credentials Not configured : Add valid credentials to monitor the performance metrics of the device".  I have also enabled snmp access on the interface.

Hi @kaustubh 

 

The following CLI commands on the FortiGate might help you discover the issue:

 

diag debug reset
diag debug application snmp -1

diag debug enable

 

 

Take a backup before making any changes
