Credential or ssl vpn configuration is wrong on windows 11

Hi,

I am using Forticleint VPN 7.0.8.0427 on Windows 11 64bit Pro. I am trying to connect to a company I provide remote assistance. They have created us 4 user Ids for my team to use , but non of them work on our windows 11 machines , gives the error : Credential or ssl vpn configuration is wrong (-7200) at 48% . However it works fine on one user Id on a windows 10 Pc, we have taken the Backup configuration of that PC and imported for windows 11, it worked perfectly. However if we overtype the user password , it gives the same error.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

This issue is observed on Windows Update with KB2693643.
Could you check if this one is installed on the System, remove it and check without it?

Could you check by removing and then reinstalling the network card from device manager?
Post this, try to connect to VPN.
