Create Multi Dial user tunnels VPN on Fortigate firewall

Dear expert

I'm configuring 100F firewall as VPN server.

In my system, 100F firewall has static WAN IP from ISP.

Beside, I also 21 other devices ( not Fortigate device) have dynamic WAN IP.

So I need many dial user VPN tunnels on 100F firewall.

I create first tunnel for first device, the tunnel work well.

But I create more second tunnel, It can't connect to second device.

Anyone can help you.
