Couldn' t get admindb

A similar complaints from our customers began to arrive last week. Devices, the following error message appears in the console screen. pid-23 lock_mlog()-504 shmget()failed: No such file or directory Rekor_FGT-60B login: admin Password: ********* __admindb_get_copy: Couldn' t get admindb __admindb_get_copy: Couldn' t get admindb We take these complaints about 20 different device. but solved the problem with flash format.

Do not understand what you have to do with FDS admindb structure. I do not think this is about the updates. There is something different.

The update may have corrupted the config to the point where it is non-responsive....
