Connection between latency and firewall mode.

Good afternoon everyone,

I have a general question about FortiGate firewalls. Is there any latency difference on them in L3 and L2 modes?

Should be minimal difference. Most of the latency is in the inspection process which is the same whether you are doing bridge mode or routed mode. All traffic is processed by NPU and latency should be same if not similar.
