Connection Fritzbox 7590 frequently breaks off connection with FortiClient VPN 7.0.8.0427

Hi everybody,

hoping to get an Idea or solution here with this issue.

I am working in homeoffice, but the Connection Fritzbox 7590 frequently breaks off connection with FortiClient VPN 7.0.8.0427 of my company. 

Is there anything known which should be set up in Fritzbox - or FortiClient to stabilize the connection.

I am not skilled with admin knowledge but i can manage to setup my own Fritzbox accordingly if needed.

Are you using SSL VPN or IPsec VPN?

Each of them has different set of settings in FortiClient configuration.

We may need to check FortiClient logs and there will have some of your confidential data.

I suggest you open a ticket with our TAC support to check those logs.
