May I know can i connect Fortinet Client VPN which laptop in Singapore but connect in China?

How about remote dekstop?

I am planning to go China and work from home by connecting FortiClient VPN and RDP which laptop located in Singapore. Just want to know whether can connect in China with no blocking.
