Connecting Fortinet FortiAP 23JF to router wirelessly instead of wired

Hi, we have a user that works off a hotspot which has no Ethernet connections. Can the FortiAP connect the hotspot router wirelessly?

We haven't found a clear answer in the documentation.

If the wireless network is offered by a FGT/FAP than yes, this AP can use a mesh network as uplink. If the wireless network is offered from a third party device, it seems that only FortiWiFi models have the option to be configured as a wireless client.
