Coming in via SSL or PPTP want to send traffic over IPSEC Tunnels to other sites

We have IPSEC tunnels connecting our Fortigate 200B at our main site to Checkpoint Firewalls at 2 remote sites. The tunnels are not in interface mode. I want to be able to have users connect to our main site using either PPTP or SSLVPN be able to access resources at the other end of the tunnels. I am able to connect in to our main site with PPTP and SSLVPN, buit I am not able to get to the other sites. We are running: Fortigate v4.0,build0535,120511 (MR3 Patch 7)
