Can you please help me with the scenario that i have. I want to connect a FortiAP with an already existing Cisco APs with same LAN and Same SSID. Is it possible ?

Yes I would agree. I never seen a WLAN that was a mix of AP from 2 or more vendors. ALso rogue AP detectors could become a issue imho.
Either stay all CSCO or all FTNT or use a new SSID for the forti stuff.

Yes it is possible, but I think it is not recommended.
Why:
- SSID disconnection, duplicated SSID with different device
- channel interference (FortiAP have automatic channel search)
The best way is have only FortiAP and Fortigate as the wifi controller.
