Collector Installation Error

Hello,

We received a "set_dns_retcode" error on one of our devices while installing the collector, but when we ping over the hostname, it resolves the ip. what can we do?

Hello

While running configFSM script on collector, you may try enter 127.0.0.1 as a testpinghost instead of any public or private domain like google.com and check if the install gets completed successfully.

Hello,

Instead of google.com we enter the gateway. we installed a few more collectors with the same dns and gateway but we did not get such an error in others.
