Clients can' t connect to sslvpn, iprope_in_check() check failed, drop

Hello, again! I have a very weird issue. Most of our users can connect just fine to the ssl vpn, using forticlient. However, a few (which are all at the same location) can' t connect. I can see the packets arriving at the fortigate, but they get dropped: " iprope_in_check() check failed, drop" ...and that' s all that is happening. It also seems that the same people can' t even ping the fortigate (others can). Fortigate 80C v4.0,build0279,100519 (MR2 Patch 1) Is there a known bug for this or so, in this firmware version? You have very old firmware, upgrade to 4.2.15 and re-check the issue still exists.
