Client Url access issue via VPN
Hi All,
Issue: whenever we try accessing the URL connecting to the VPN through office network it WORKS. but at the same time if we try accessing the URL out-off the office network with VPN it does not work.
kindly share your suggestions and steps to fix it.
and can anyone share me the support team contact number or email ID so that we can connect at the point of incidents

Hi @Nandeesha104 ,
My understanding is that you are trying to connect to a SSL VPN URL it works only if you are inside the office network. It does not work when you are outside the office, correct?
1- What is the URL and what is the IP address that is associated with it? (you can try to ping the URL and you should get an IP address)
2- Is the IP address reachable from outside the office network?

If there is a URL problem, it could be related to DNS resolution.
1. In case the failure is the SSL VPN access URL, verify that the type A record published abroad exists.
2. If the problem is an application that is reachable through VPN, check the resolution of the internal DNS and the internal DNS configured to be assigned to SSL VPN users.
