Client Reputation Score Report

I have one test server who client reputation score is very high.

is there anything we can do?

we are afraid that this test server is compromised.

from the logs, we dont see any virus or botnets infecting this server.

I understand that client reputation is now call threat weight in firmware 5.2.2 onwards.

how do i enable scanning to see more details of the effected server?
