Was working with a customer that uses Click to Dial and testing with Windows dialer and a 3rd party TAPI dialing application was that we were able to dial a number and the call would progress. However both Windows dialer and our 3rd party app would go on-hook as if it didn't know the call was established. The call did continue and neither app would kill the call. They just didn't seem to know dialing was successful. Does the driver or phone system not support call progress?
I'm going to revive this... as I'm the OP's customer(also a Fortinet Partner).
More than a year later, anyone have some information? I'm about to dive into Outreach.io and I'm *really* hoping there is compatibility. I've been told that Fortinet uses Outreach internally, so hoping they have made sure it works. ;)
