Clear Forticlient SAML cookie on Mac?

Hi,

We have some issues that Mac users get a white login screen when using FortiClient and SAML, so trying to clear the SAML cookies but can´t find it. I have cleared everything with Forti in /Library/Preferences and /Library/Application Support. But still the SAML cookie seems to be saved somewhere else.

Do anyone know how to clear it?

Thanks!

That's a good idea.

This is for Windows, not MAC! Have you read the question correctly? It's strange that Fortinet support doesn't know where the cookies are stored.

Anyone have a solution or idea how to clear Forticlents SAML cookie on a MAC? The only thing we have found working is to re-install FortiClient completely.

Thanks.

Hello all,

I found that  FortiClient 7.0.3.0131 released in March solves the problem with SSO/SAML.

Did someone has made this update and checked?

Thanks  a lot for your contribution and be sure, we will continue to look for a solution.

Hello Anthony,

It's not about the FrotiClient version, (because for now we can use even 7.0.6). It's about finding the location of the cookies.

For example to remove stored credentials for already signed user.
