Classifying & Marking Traffic types using ACLs for QoS

Hi Guys,

Can ACLs be used to identify traffic types, then based upon the discovered traffic mark it with COS or DSCP values for QoS within Forti-OS ?

Example: Voice Traffic Identified via defined RTP Port Range within the ACL, then marked with a COS or DSCP value.
