ChildSa_Negotiation_Failed on IPSec VPN Ike V2

I have a problem when i try to up a IPSec VPN deployed from EMS Forticlient 7.4.4 on PC Core I3.

I have 2 PC

VPN Type: IPSec IKE V2 Deployed by EMS.

i5 13420H 24GB RAM -> VPN get up easy and fast.

I3 10110U 12GB RAM -> VPN Never get up.

The two PC have the same configuration de VPN IPSec.

I Can't get log information because its empty, not save the IPSec VPN logs.

i3 CPU and 12GB RAM should be more than enough.

You may try other version like FCT 7.2.12.

I tried with 7.2.12 but the issue persist. I'll reinstalling windows on this laptop and check again.

I'm having the same issue, but on a much faster laptop so I don't think it's a performance issue.  FortiClient 7.4.4 connecting to 7.2.11.
Same ChildSA_Negotiation_Failed error.  We are using SAML which succeeds, but no IKE logs or debug are generated on the firewall

Yes, i have the same issue but i check with other core i3 laptop and it works fine with FCT 7.4.4
