Check HDD content - High usage.

I have a I have a fortigate 60C v5.0,build0292 (GA Patch 9) showing HDD usage of 98%. How can I check what' s in there? What could I remove to clear space. I' ve been getting slow performance from time to time, and it might be because of that. Thanks,
