Hi all,
I need to change the mapped policy interface on a VLAN interface of a FortiGate managed by FortiManager and then I have to update all the policies that use this interface on the FortiGate (I made a script to do this operation) but I would like to know if the current session on the firewall will be dropped or not?
I made the test on a firewall where there were only a few sessions and I think they were dropped. Could someone help me about this question?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards

In general, I would say this is more a question about FortiGate behavior, not really anything to do with FortiManager.
But as a rule, on a FortiGate, config changes to policies do not affect existing sessions, only new sessions.
