How can i access the captive portal login page after login?

It doesn't show it with the ip i set on captive Portal in system settings

Both

The users will go through the captive portal but just the first time and after that when thay want to logout there is no logout button

And captive portal login page doesn't come up with the ip address of interface that has captive portal turn on
