Hi,
We are experiencing Captive portal issue for mac os users but for others users no issue found
Current firmware version 7.2.7
Hello Rajan
I see on your Mac's browser the URL doesn't contain the fgtauth key, which means that the active portal didn't open automatically, right? I mean the URL should be something like this.
https://1.2.3.4:5678/fgtauth?xxxxxxxxxxx
Try enter https://1.1.1.1 in your Mac's browser and the active portal should open automatically and properly.
Hi
We tired manually triggering captive portal , but login page not displaying
We are facing intermediate issue in portal , for only latest mac os versions
Are you using a public certificate or a privately signed certificate to secure that portal? And does this behavior persist on the latest macOS version using different browsers?
@Raj1
From the screenshot it seems like captive portal certificate is not install on the CA repository of the MACOS.
