Captive Portal Problem after Installing Fortimanager
Hello,
one of our customer wanted to Test Fortimanager and installed the 14 Day Trial.
He has a 100D 5.2.1 Active - Active Cluster with several FortiAP´s managed by 100D.
they have configured a Captive Portal for a WiFi Hotspot for Guest Management. everything was ok, but after installing FortiManager the users are not able to authenticate. They always get a Authantication Failed Messege, when trying to accsess Captive Portal.
i created a different SSID and did some test´s. i created a local user and a local group and added that group to the Captive Portal = same result. In Log´s you only see that users authentication failed . Reason "N/A".
If i enable only Disclaimer with no authentication needen, everything works fine. but if i enable Authentication i just cant authenticate.
i then looked on the FortiManager, in the "Menu" for 100D you can accsess the Wifi Controller option. it´s just not there, if you click "Customize" there is everything enabled, but there is no option to enable WiFI Controller.
They have 3 60D Fortigates to, and they are also added to the FortiManager. If i go to the "Menu" there, i can see and configure Wifi Controller from FortiManager but from 100D i can´t.
could it be a limitation of that 14 Day trial? can someone help me?
Thanks
