Cant open a new Endpoint profile on FortiSASE

Hi,

 

On FortiSASE > ENDPOINTS > Profiles tab

We have one existing profile and when I try to add another profile its give me an error:

"Could not find matching endpoint policy."

 

I can't figure out what I'm missing or what I'm doing wrong

 

I would appreciate your advice.

Hi,

 

- Do you see the default profile or was it changed?

- I am suspecting default profile is not seen in SASE portal which is why you are not able to create a new profile. If this is the issue then I would suggest you to open a case with out Support team so that it can be checked from the backend.
