Cant get through firewall FG50B 4.0 v4.0.0,build0092,090220

Has any one experienced this I have three users out of a group of ten who cant get through the firewall to the Internet. They all use the same DNS,DHCP from the server. They can reach the firewall but go no further. They can access all other network services internally even logging on to the firewall. There Internet traffic (any protocol) simply doesn' t pass through the firewall. Everyone uses the same policy (Currently all traffic allowed out) Any ideas?

Is this a single WAN situation, or multiple WAN links?

Smells like an issue on the users' side/PC. Check the IP network mask and the default gateway setting on each of these hosts. Run a traceroute to an external target and see where it dies.
