Cant connect another VPN with FortiWifi 60E

Hello, I have a Fortiwifi 60 E in my network and it is configured with a SSL VPN connection and works without any problems, we can access it from anywhere.

The problem comes when from the network we want to access through FortiClient to another VPN of a client, that is, We are in A and we want to access B, which has a VPN connection configured and that works.

I tried to connect the computer to the internet of the mobile phone and the connection works without any problem, so it is a problem with our Fortiwifi, I don't know what configuration could be affecting it so that it doesn't allow us to enter.

Could you help me in this aspect?
