Cannot select ANY SSL VPN Certs

Hello all I' d like to use certificate based authentication additionally to password log in with FortiOS 4.0.2 and the stand-alone SSL VPN Client under Vista. We have an own CA. I already installed a signed certificate named VPN_Cert.crt on the fortigate aswell as the certificate of the CA ca_cert.pem. Then I installed those certificates on the Vista test client. I tried to install the certificates on the most important containers. But I cannot select ANY certificate in the list of the SSL VPN client. Can someone help me to install and select the right certificate on the client? Thank you!

Hello, Did you use certificates in the current user or local computer container? current user is working here but not local computer. Regards

I downloaded the signed certificate from the fortigate and installed it EVERY container of the local user I could. But still there is no certificate showing up. :( What certificate did you get exactly and where did you exactly install it? Thank you alot!

Did you create a " client authentication certificate" ?

Thanks for you hint! I didn' t export the certificate as pkcs12. Now it works perfectly!
