Hello @sanket3345 ,

When I reviewed your machine specs, you used an arm-based machine. You cannot install it because the Windows desktop application has not been released for ARM machines yet.

You can use a workaround solution for using FortiClient.

I checked the woraround, but it does not support SAML login, which is required in my case.

Still, I tried the solution, but it doesn't connect.

Hoping to get FortiClient for ARM machine soon, if there is no other workaround.

In the same situation as you. Have a new microsoft laptop but cannot install forticlient due to the lack of arm support. Need the forticlient with saml login.

The linked solution does not work for us, and I guess for most configurations.

When will this client be made available? Do you have a preview-version while waiting?

The new windows on arm devices are popular, and can't be ignored.

It would be nice if FortiGate would at least give an update / roadmap on when they are finally planning support for ARM64 for FortiClient VPN. Lot's of other suppliers already have support for ARM64.
