We have a FortiClient VPN access to several customers. I try to update the FortiClient version on my machine by downloading a new version from https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads#vpn (download "FortiClient VPN-only" for Windows).
This does not work: a form is shown where I enter my contact data and click "Download". The button changes to "Submitting...", and after some time it reverts to "Download" again, without any download coming up.
Does anybody have an idea on how to get new FortClient versions? To my understanding, this component is free to download?
Best regards
Wolfgang

It works for me.
Try use another browser.
You are right - might be related to some security setting in our company. As I work from home today, I tried it with my private computer, and here it worked.
Firefox developer tools did not report any helpful error...
So we are done here.
I have this exact problem as well. I've restarted. Changed browser. Cleared Cache. Disabled security. Allowed Pop-Ups. Nothing works. - I don't know - Why not have the download button just simply download the software? nothing unusual that might trip up with Norton / google etc...
I had the same issue at work, and I think I downloaded the software from a third party. You guys didn't give me much choice. 8 Different computers and two locations = same result. What kind of experience are you offering new customers? I mean you want to attract new customers? Maybe pretend to be a customer, and try downloading your VPN-Only software. If it works, then you're getting a false positive. Sorry. Please just make this work. Perhaps submit VPN-Only Client to Microsoft Store? they figured out how to download software onto people's computers. Go with what works. :)
Did anyone actually try to replicate the problem to figure it out? - Or... just test on their local machine "Works for me" and give up?
I'm actually at home sick with a migraine. Which has made this experience so much more painful. The monitor hurts my eyes, just to look at it. I need to get access to a remote server to help my friends at work.
No the website does not permit standard email addresses. If you are a small company, you will likely have a gmail / hotmail / yahoo account. Fortigate is prejudice against small businesses that don't have official domain level emails - and they obviously don't describe that when the download fails! - . But I'm here to tell you, you just need any domain email at all, any. And the gate keeper will let you pass and download the program. So a real email doesn't work - but a made up one with a domain name, does work. You're welcome.
