Cannot access FortiAnalyzer 400C

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie in Fortigate. I've got used FortiAnalyzer 400C and tried to do Factory Reset, however was not able access it via LAN or CLI.

CLI - no output from putty, Serial port settings as required

Baud Rate:9600

Data bits:8 Parity:None Stop bits:1 Flow Control:None   No luck with GUI access as well. I don't know its last IP. Is there any other way to reset device?   Thanks, Nick
