Qs;
Is this a chrome issue or ALL browsers? Are running the latest chrome-version?
Is the httpd or httpsd proc running?
get sys perf top
diag sys process dump<pid#>
Have you tried to kill the proccess?
diag sys kill 9 <pid#>
What does diag sys top show you?
How's you overall system performance?
get sys perf status

Hello,
Yes, you can try different browsers. You may see '500 error' when you access the Fortigate GUI.
You can reboot the device which should fix the issue. Also, there is a known issue for this which is fixed in later patches.

I try like you suggest

Could you suggest what to do next ?
Thanks

I would try going back to an older version of Chrome.

What version of chrome? Since it's chrome effecting only, try not using chrome and open a ticket with TAC.
FWIW I would update to the latest chrome version, I run "version 44.0.2403.130 (64-bit)" which i believe is the latest for my OS. I have or seen very little issues with CHROME, and most of my stuff is on MR3_18 and 5.0.x.
