Cannot Register A FortiToken

I successfully registered a Fortitoken in a Virtual Domain " TEST" to do some checks with IPSEC VPNs. After that, I deleted it from this VD and tried to register it in the VD " PRODUCTIVE" , but I get " ERROR" on the web management. The system event log shows: " Activation of FortiToken FTK200xxxxxxxx failed, because token already activated, and seed won' t be returned." How can I resolve this issue ? Regards Leandro

can you post the CLI debug output from both vdoms. # diag fortitoken info FORTITOKEN DRIFT STATUS

for same error, I had to open a case at fortinet support. They reset status of my token on their activation server.
