Can't unregister FortiClient on CLI (Windows)

This EMS has disabled disconnection.

Failed to register to EMS: This FortiClient is already registered to an EMS.
Any ideas? Currently running 7.0.8 ZTNA

This must be done by your EMS admin on EMS server.

Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately it’s not listed on the EMS which is the problem. I want to register it, but it won’t let me as it thinks it’s already registered. I was hoping that as the CLI has an unregister option that I could use that.
At this stage I’m thinking the best solution would be to uninstall the software and reinstall, though I suspect it won’t let me uninstall either. Maybe rebuild the device is the only answer.
I was hoping there would be a /force or /clear option or similar.

You can first try to uninstall the Forticlient properly with the appropriate Tool:
https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-How-to-download-FortiClient-and-FCRemove- ... or if you have the PC in your possession you can try uninstalling it by starting Windows from Safe Mode.
