Since the entire folder for 6.4.4 doesn't exist for all models at the download site, there must have been very bad bugs or significant vulnerabilities in the version and it was likely intentionally taken out after 6.4.5 was released. Any upgrade paths shouldn't include 6.4.4 in that case.
