Can't connect to VPN on ubuntu

Hello, I can't connect to a working VPN. I installed forticlient VPN on ubuntu, but when I try to connect and click connect, nothing happens and the logs say. The password is correct and I don't use a certificate to log in, I connect via remote gateway.

Hi @hello,

Do you have "Require Client Certificate" enabled under SSL-VPN Settings? Are you able to connect from a Windows machine? What is the FortiClient version?
