@LucasMo,
It is weird that the commands are not there. Are you using FIPS-CC mode? You can run 'get system status' to verify.

You don't have a license. I believe that's the reason you can't make those changes.

This is because i changed the pc of the vm, but when I wanted to change I had the free license
