Can' t add new AP

Hello All, We have a FortiWifi 60C that we have 4 APs connected to but when we try to add another one, it never shows up in the Managed AP list. We tried two different WAPs and got the same result. Any ideas? It' s running 4.3.5

I believe there is a limit to the number of APs that each unit supports. Check the release notes, or the knowledge base for the maximum values matrix.

I found the max values document which shows the Managed Wireless Access Points and Max Number of FortiAP Access Points Supported as 5 for the 60 series. So from that logic, if you have the internal radio turned on, you can have 4 external WAPs and if turned off, then you can have 5 external WAPs?

That sounds logical, but this is Fortinet..... Anyone else have any thoughts here?

The value was recently increased from 4 to 5. Please delete all your configured FAPs, Upgrade to the latest 4.3.8 firmware, and add the FAP' s back again.
