Can date format be specified?

I find it a constant annoyance that dates are presented in MM-DD-YYYY format. Am running v5.0.7 on an FG-200B and I cannot find any setting in either the GUI or via CLI which allows the date format to be specified. Does anyone know if this is possible, or not?

execute date

That command set dates not the format. OP, ask for a feature request thru your Sales team. But AFAIK, there' s no format option. I' ve asked about this a few years back thru support.
