Can VPN SSL operations be altered with expired licence on a Fortigate?

Hello, We use and old Fortinet Firewall; a fortigate 200B. I've some problems to make VPN SSL connexions. I can connect to the Web VPN SSL portal. But the bookmarks I've tried to create does not work. Blank screen for a RDP connection. And the IP V4 rules seems ok. Couldn't the fact that the license has expired be the explanation? The VPN functionality should function fine without a license, I have a few in old models in a lab and VPN works fine without licensing.

Black page after login... could be incompatible browser issues, or a bug in the firmware version,what version is that Fortigate on?
