Can FortiWeb generate swagger or openapi file based on ML/AI learning of the API traffic?

Hello,

I played with fortiweb trial Evaluation limitations | FortiWeb Private Cloud | Fortinet Document Library and demo https://fortiweb.fortidemo.com/ and I also watched FortiWeb API Protection: Machine Learning based Protection but it is not clear if FortiWeb can  generate swagger or openapi file based on ML/AI learning of the API traffic?

Maybe if not the on-prem appliance (vmware or in a cloud like AWS/Azure) if the FortiWeb cloud can ?

Hi @filiaks1,

Yes, FortiWeb will generate an OpenAPI schema model(viewable in GUI) once enough API data is learned. If you would like to export it, you can download either in JSON or YAML format.

Thanks.

Thanks for the fast reply @shafiq23 . And then this file can be used in FortiWeb API Gateway or other API Gateway as from your picture I see it is version 3.0.3 OpenAPI (not Swagger 2.x).
